Guidelines & Information
What is the festival schedule and booth operating hours?
Booth setup begins on Thursday, 26th November 2026. Exhibition and marketplace booths will operate from 27th to 29th November 2026 during session breaks, meal windows, and evening rallies.
What types of exhibitors and vendors are welcomed?
We welcome youth and campus ministries, missions organizations, non-profit initiatives, Christian publishers/media, ethical youth merchandise, apparel, and packaged F&B vendors.
How will applications be reviewed?
All applications are reviewed by the FOYCE26 Committee for alignment with festival values and space availability. You will receive an official confirmation and booth guideline brief via WhatsApp and email.
